We love to shop ahead and gather items to create beautiful and delicious apres-ski boards. We have gorgeous memories of sunning slopeside in the Alps, as a server brings us a wooden board artfully assembled with cured meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, and more. Growing up in New England we sustained ourselves on PB & J.
