ANTIPASTI

Antipasti in Italian literally means :
Before the meal. Anti - before, Pasti - meal.
In English we say appetizers, in French hors d’oeuvre. The Antipasti boards we think of in the US would typically be served before a special event in Italy. We think end-of-day skiing is a special event and an antipasti tray is a perfect showcase of many of our favorite foods: briny olives, cured meats, mountain cheeses, grilled vegetables and more.

Italians are connoiserus of art and an antipasti is curated with the best of ingredients and artfully assembled into a masterpiece. It represents a beautiful invitation to come to the table and join in the delight of eating together.
